Apokolips is the DC villain Darkseid's home planet and his own kingdom which merged with Outworld. It become an arena in Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe.

This dangerous world is covered by a number of burning firepits and it is where Darkseid's palace which also now merged with Shao Kahn's own palace, is located.

It is the final arena in the Arcade Mode of Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, and is where the player faces Dark Kahn as his lair that is made up of the fusion of both Darkseid's and Shao Kahn's fortresses.

This outdoor arena, allows for infinite Free Fall Kombat transitions between various platforms.
