John Parrish as Jax
John Parrish (born 1965 in San Francisco, California, USA) is an actor, who is best known for his portrayal of Major Jackson "Jax" Briggs in Mortal Kombat II, Mortal Kombat 3, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, and Mortal Kombat Advance. He also practiced in Northern Kung Fu, and runs 2 companies called 1st. Computer Experts (IT Consulting) and newly formed Beyond Human Fitness (B.H.F) in the Chicagoland area.
John has recently earned 2 Pro Cards in Natural Bodybuilding, Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association (PNBA) and Natural Amateur's Bodybuilder's association (NABBA).
He is still avidly involved with Mortal Kombat providing interviews and making appearances at public conventions, most recently at Wizard World\ComiCon in Chicago where he was dressed in full Jax attire including his metal arms, as well as multiple appearances at the Galloping Ghost Arcade (GGA) with host Doc Mack.
John is in his 2nd year as a Spartan competitor racing with the Team Gladiator Nation, led by captain Larry Howard of LhSolutionsSo far this year 2015, 3 Bodybuilding contest, 2 5ks and 2 Spartan races. Spartan INDY 2015.
John will also be part of Battle Frog, Spartan World Championship, NPC Continental BB Contest and the NABBA Pro\Nationals.
