Kerri Ann Hoskins (born February 20, 1970 in Fridley, Minnesota, USA)[1] is a former glamour model and video game actress.
Hoskins is best known for portraying Sonya Blade in Mortal Kombat 3 and Mortal Kombat 4. She also played Kia in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero.
She toured the United States and Europe portraying Sonya Blade in the Mortal Kombat: Live Tour, appearing at venues like Radio City Music Hall.[1] Hoskins also appeared in a number of other games produced by Midway Games including Revolution X (where she played the main villain, Mistress Helga), NBA Jam and War Gods (in which she lent her likeness to Vallah). She appeared as a secret character in NBA Showtime: NBA on NBC. Her character played suffocating defense who blocked every shot.
She trained for two years in Tang Soo Do, a Korean martial art.[2]
Nowadays, Kerri dedicates her life to family, painting, photography, and drawing.

- Nearly 20 years after portraying Sonya Blade for the first time in the Mortal Kombat series, Kerri briefly returned as a video game actress by doing motion capture and voice-work for the character Maya in Killer Instinct (2013) for the Xbox One.
