Ruutuu is an evil character that appears in Mission #93 of the Challenge Tower, named "Clarity".

The in-game tips state that Ruutuu is a demon spirit that has harassed Nightwolf's ancestors. Nightwolf faces Ruutuu in Jade's Desert. Ruutuu's appearance is of an all-black male with glowing blue eyes. Little else is known about this character at this time.

• His appearance is similar to that of the Brothers of Shadow fought in Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks.
• He has the same fighting stance as Jax.
• His move set seems to be the same as other Challenge Tower characters Director and Stunt Man, none of which possess a listed special move.
• Along with Stunt Man and Director, he shares Sub-Zero's grunts (Kuai Liang).
