For what it's worth, the character select screen can be viewed here. There are 24 character boxes. Right now, only six characters are fully lit up. However, you can make out the silhouettes of the remaining characters. TheUnknown285 (talk) 08:30, July 3, 2014 (UTC)
Again, they're literally just placeholders. Everything about the character select screen is a placeholder, as there's AT LEAST 30 characters as confirmed by Ed Boon. Lots of the placeholder silhouettes were used for Injustice and it's season pass, so, there's that. Dirtbag Daryl (talk)

To be fair, Riley, didn't Xperia add that today (the whole "Moblie-only" thing?). I mean, even if we didn't have the info at the time, it's best not to put "Mobile-only" either way. Because we didn't know that. It would be better to put something like "Confirmed for mobile game. It's unknown if he will be playable on the console version as of now" or something...
