I was mostly looking at the MKA in-game images, I've looked at renders of the two, they're similar models, the blade on Kira's is slightly wider at the bottom compared to Kano's. The tone on the grips are different. The blade at the end of the grip for Kira's is a lot larger and more angled compared to the Butterfly Knives, the Butterfly Knives having a more sharper one.
