It's recently been rumored by someone that everything from the Vita version (excluding the new challenge tower, Test Your Balance, etc) is indeed in the Komplete Edition. Now, this is the only source I have, so we'll have to wait until someone to look so we find out for sure, but for now, just go on this guy's word.
